Callaway debuts ultra-premium Legacy driver
Callaway Golf South Pacific has announced the ultra-premium Legacy Platinum Driver.
“We understand that a set of Legacy clubs is not for every golfer in the market, but for the most sophisticated enthusiasts of the game,” said Leighton Richards, Callaway’s Managing Director of South East Asia Pacific & India.
Callaway Legacy Platinum Driver
Legacy golf equipment is designed with direct input from legendary club maker Roger Cleveland, Callaway’s Chief of Golf Club Design.
Every element of the clubs has been carefully chosen to deliver the most uncompromising performance—including use of the most premium grips and shafts. Legacy customers are given priority service from the moment their order is placed.
The Legacy Platinum Driver is the jewel of the newest Legacy product line.
The driver combines two kinds of Physical Vapor Deposition finish—black on the crown and rainbow on the sole— giving the sole a rich, super premium appearance.
It also delivers Callaway’s proven club technologies in the shape and distinct design features of the original Great Big Bertha Driver.
An ultra-light 8-1-1 Speed Frame Face combines VFT® and Hyperbolic FaceTM Technology for a larger sweet spot and increased ball speeds across the titanium alloy face.
A weight medallion in the heel helps create draw to square the club through impact.
The Legacy Platinum Driver will retail for $999.99 AUD, placing it in a price range well above any other driver in the marketplace.
