Brookwater named as best QLD golf course
The Brookwater Golf & Country Club has been named Queensland’s best golf course in the Australian Golf Digest’s prestigious ranking of Australia’s Top 100 Golf Courses.
The biennial rankings has seen Brookwater jump up eight places – the most places of any course in the top 50 – to the 25th position overall, securing the leading ranking of any course in Queensland.

This follows on from Golf Australia’s exclusive ranking of Australia’s top 100 golf courses in January this year, where Brookwater was named Queensland’s number one public-access course.
The Brookwater Golf & Country Club general manager Warren Seeto said the rankings announcement was a great way to celebrate the Club’s 10th birthday this month.
“Since opening in March 2002, The Brookwater Golf & Country Club has consistently been ranked as Queensland’s leading course,” Mr Seeto said.
“Brookwater has achieved its reputation as one of Australia’s best courses due to the truly great course design by Greg Norman and the fact our team works tirelessly to present the layout in tournament condition all year round.
“For Brookwater to be named as Queensland’s best course ten years after opening and actually jump up the rankings more places than other course in the top 50 is a truly wonderful achievement.
“Golfers can enjoy a number of great offers to celebrate our 10th birthday, so there has never been a better time to play Queensland’s best golf course,” Mr Seeto said.
To celebrate their tenth birthday, The Brookwater Golf & Country Club will be offering a special ten-day promotion for all Club guests.
From Wednesday 18 April – Saturday 28 April (excluding Anzac Day), anyone can experience the award-winning Greg Norman-designed golf course for just $65 per round.
