Thomson Perrett appoints top architect

Leading course deign company Thomson Perrett has appointed golf course and landscape architect Stuart Rennie to its top notch team.

Rennie is a Scottish lad who joins Thomson Perrett having recently graduated from the European Institute of Golf Course Architects Professional Diploma in Golf Course Design with Distinction.

He was awarded the TORO Student Golf Course Architect Award for 2010 for being the best student in the course. He also has a Landscape Architecture degree from Edinburgh College of Art and boasts five years professional practical experience as a landscape architect.

Rennie has relocated to Australia and will work from Thomson Perrett’s Melbourne office where he will be working on both local and international projects.

Having grown up on Scottish Links courses, including the famous Royal Dornoch where he is a member, Rennie’s tertiary experience will be complimented by a rich experience of golf strategy. Thomson Perrett are understandably excited to have such a well credentialed course architect join its team.
