Adam Scott to become a father in 2015
Adam Scott is a private person away from the golf course. Even his marriage to Marie Kojzar caught many by surprise.
Now the former US Masters champion has let slip that he will become a father – and it’s just nine weeks away.

Marie, Scott’s Swedish architect wife is about to give Scott something he will rate even higher than a green jacket – a child.
Someone must have known something, Scott was quizzed at last week’s Australian PGA Championship if he wanted to be a father – and his answer had the press boys buzzing:
“I’m going to be doing that [fatherhood] pretty soon; it’s not far away now…in nine weeks,” Scott said.
The popular Queenslander said news of the pregnancy had taken them by surprise as well as nothing had been really planned – but they were now incredibly excited at the prospect of becoming parents for the first time.
The pair will stay in Australia for the birth of their baby.
But Scott, beaten in a playoff for the Australian PGA by Greg Chalmers, usually lives in the Bahamas for half of the year and spends the rest of the time in Switzerland, coupled with visits to Australia.
“Luckily I’ve paid attention to all the guys trying to figure out how to raise their kids (on tour),” he said.
“I’m sure there are no secrets and you learn as you go along but I might have to ask for some nappy-changing advice.”
