The Shark gets bronzed for his 60th birthday
It was the ultimate gift for the man who has, well, just about everything but a green jacket. It’s a bronze bust – of himself.
And Greg Norman could not have been happier with last week’s 60th birthday gift from his wife Kirsten Kutner.

After all there aren’t too many gifts you could buy The Great White Shark that he doesn’t already own himself. That’s why he’s a multi-millionaire.
And the best part about it was that Norman actually loved the gift – even though he hadn’t indicated exactly where he was going to put the impressive bronze bust.
The bust was created by sculptor David Phelps and Kirsten was reportedly rapt with the result she had commissioned earlier this year.
Naturally there were some who wanted to criticise Norman when he posted a photo of himself posing with the bust on Instagram.
But, hey, the Shark is used to riding storms like that and that probably didn’t bother the two-time British Open champion in the slightest.
After all, the man who was the number one golfer in the world for 331 weeks during the 1980s and 1990s is used to being labelled a tall poppy and being the target for everyone in golf.
