The Shark may be coming home to Australia
Maybe The Great White Shark aka Greg Norman is closer to moving back ‘home’ to Australia than we thought.
Despite not living here for probably 30 years, Norman has now put his Colorado estate, named Seven Lakes Ranch on the market as well as his Florida home.

And the two-time former British Open champion has declared it is merely a coincidence that the Colorado property has been listed for sale for $US55m, exactly the same price as that placed on Norman’s Florida residence.
While he has occasionally mentioned that he favours one day moving home to Australia for good, Norman joked that 55 was his lucky number and both property sales were actually based on comparable sales in their respective markets.
Golf Grinder previously reported that Norman’s impressive Florida mansion and property were on the market.
That property comes with its own putting green and has played host to a US President (Bill Clinton), who actually had a fall and required knee surgery after his visit there almost 20 years ago.
That property was also listed in 2009, while Seven Lakes Ranch came about after Norman first bought a Colorado property in 2000.
It was soon after that the thrice-married Norman bought the nearby Seven Lakes Ranch as well as the adjoining property and finished up joining the three together.
Nowadays the property sits on 4700 hectares and features an incredible eight bedroom main house covering about 1300 square metres.
The property also comes with a fitness centre, skeet shooting course, opportunities for horseback riding, fly fishing and, incredibly, an 1800s dance hall.
