Callaway tees off from Lake Wakatipu
To celebrate Callaway’s sponsorship of the inaugural NZ PGA-Pro Am Championship, Golf tournament favourite and Callaway Tour player, Brendan Jones joined Kiwi pro Phil Tataurangi and ex-All Black and celebrity amateur Justin Marshall this week for a breath taking tee off from Queenstown’s Paraflights boat on Lake Wakatipu onto the fifth hole at Kelvin Heights golf course.
All three players teed off from a floating tee box to a pin located over 160m away on dry land.
The event kicked off a week of activities in Queenstown to celebrate the launch of the inaugural NZ PGA-Pro Am Championship, in which Professionals, Amateurs and celebrities from all over the world will embark on the prestigious Hills golf club to compete in the two day event.

Throughout the next few days Callaway have lots of activities planned including a long drive competition in the heart of Queenstown and a unique club fitting experience with the Prime Minister of New Zealand.
