Garcia, Pan add to world class field at Aussie Open
Golf Australia has announced that 2017 Masters champ Sergio Garcia has been added to the field to play the 2019 Emirates Australian Open.
Garcia will be joined by fellow Presidents Cup team member CT Pan at The Australian Golf Club from 5-8 December.

The pair join an ever-expanding list of superstars at the Australian Open, which provides an excellent warm-up for the Presidents Cup in Melbourne a week later.
Joining Garcia and Pan in Sydney will be local favourites Jason Day, Marc Leishman and Cameron Smith, along with four-time major champion Ernie Els, Louis Oosthuizen and Paul Casey, whose recent Porsche European Open win has seen his world ranking vault into 13th place.
Also in winning form is Garcia, who picked up a victory last Sunday at the 100th KLM Open, for a 16th European Tour title and his 35th worldwide win.
“I’ve always loved my visits to Australia and I know the Stonehaven Cup has a great history,” said Garcia, who will be making his Australian Open debut when he tees it up in December.
“So I can’t wait to get to Sydney and try to add my name to that trophy with such legends.”
“I have always found Australian crowds to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable, so hopefully I can put on a show for them.”
The tournament, hosted by The Australian Golf Club for a record 21st time, will be telecast exclusively live on the Seven network.
