Tiger’s 2019 Masters trophy finally makes it home
While we’re always happy to see a package waiting at the front door, when you’re Tiger Woods the contents are going to be a little more exciting than most.
When the 15-time major champion returned home from a recent family trip to Thailand there was something very special waiting for him.

“Came home to another package in the mail,” he tweeted.
“I think I can find a spot on the shelf for this one. Thanks everyone for your support, and thank you to my friends at @TheMasters.”
Many tournaments are known for their trophies, however the Masters is more associated with its Green Jacket, which is proudly slipped on by the previous years’ winner at the post-tournament presentations.
While every Masters winner gets to keep their green jacket for a year, they also receive a sterling silver Masters trophy – a replica of the Augusta National clubhouse – as a permanent reminder of their historic win.
Woods won the Masters in 1997, 2001, 2002 and 2005 before ending a 14-year winless drought in April this year.
The five-time Masters champion will no doubt be heading straight back to work, with his next tournament more than likely the Open Championship where he will be attempting to pull off another miracle win to secure his first Claret Jug since 2006.
